We work primarily on trulli, masserie, villas, and apartments, with a focus on residential restorations and full interior transformations.
Most of our projects are in the Valle d’Itria — the area between Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica, Martina Franca, Locorotondo, and Cisternino — where traditional stone architecture meets a strong craft culture. We know these buildings, materials, and local trades intimately, which makes a real difference on site.

At the moment, yes. Our practice is fully rooted in Puglia, allowing us to deliver projects here with depth, continuity, and close on-site presence.

Timelines vary by scale and condition, but as a guide:

• Standard projects: 4–5 months design + 10–12 months build, depending on size and complexity.

• Masserie: around 6 months design + up to 16 months build.

• Apartments: around 3 months design + around 8 months build.

Our fees are calculated per square metre, scaled to project size and scope.
We confirm a clear m² rate after an initial site visit and brief, once the level of intervention is defined. Design-only, full-service (design + technical + supervision), and styling/FF&E can be structured independently depending on your needs.

Yes. We can provide a Design Package only, or continue through technical detailing and on-site supervision — depending on how involved you’d like us to be.

We aim to keep sourcing as local as possible, working with Puglian artisans and workshops for bespoke doors, joinery, kitchens, windows, and custom furniture.
When a project calls for specific international pieces, we integrate them carefully — but our priority is always to nurture the local craft ecosystem and give each home a sense of place.
